1. Software Subscription Terms

By registering for GullyPG, you agree to access the SaaS panel based on the bed limit limits specified in your selected Starter, Growth, or Enterprise plan.

2. Compliance & Local Rent Rules

PG owners are responsible for ensuring KYC compliance, police verification files, and lease agreement terms match local state rules. GullyPG is a tool to organize records and does not provide legal advice.

3. Billing & Cancellations

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the organization settings panel.
