1. Rent & Payments
  • Due Date: Monthly rent must be paid on or before the 5th of every calendar month.
  • Late Fee: Any delay beyond the 5th will attract a daily late fee of ₹100 unless prior written permission is granted by the manager.
  • Payment Mode: Payments must be made online via UPI, NetBanking, or card through your tenant dashboard. Cash is not accepted.
2. Security Deposit & Refunds
  • Booking Lock: The security deposit (equal to 1 month rent) is collected during booking and is mandatory before check-in.
  • Refund Timeline: Deposit refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after checkout, following room clearance inspection.
  • Deductions: Painting charges or maintenance cost deductions may apply if the room or fixtures are damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
3. Check-out & Notice Period
  • 30-Day Notice: A minimum notice period of 30 days is mandatory. You must submit your vacate request online via the tenant portal.
  • Notice Rent: Rent is charged for the full 30 days of the notice period. Checkout must take place on or before the notice end date.
  • Forfeiture: Leaving without serving the 30-day notice period will lead to the forfeiture of your security deposit.
4. Onboarding Documentation
  • Government ID Proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID is mandatory for police verification.
  • Professional Proof: College ID card (for students) or Employment offer letter / Payslip (for working professionals).
  • Photos: Two recent passport-size photographs must be uploaded to the portal or submitted to the manager.
5. Daily Timings & Visitor Policies
Gate Closing (10:30 PM)

Main gates close daily. Late entries are registered with security logs (night shifts/emergencies only).

Visitor Policy

Allowed in common lounges/dining areas. Night stays for guest visitors are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Observance of quiet volumes in corridors and rooms to respect resting co-residents.

Prohibited Activities & Zero-Tolerance Policies
No Smoking & Alcohol

The entire PG building is a strict smoke-free and alcohol-free zone. Consumption or storage is strictly banned.

Zero Drug Tolerance

Consumption, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly forbidden. Immediate eviction and police reports will follow.

Property Damage

Damaging walls, electrical panels, or furniture is punishable, and repair costs will be deducted directly from your deposit.
